- The Society takes actions on prevention, early warning, preparedness, emergency response and recovery to address and reduce the impacts of climate change as well as to support the long-term resilience of communities.
- The Society strengthens and expands partnerships with different international, national and local stakeholders on the urgency of climate change and leads policy dialogs in order to increase its impact and effectiveness.
- The Society raises population’s awareness of present and future climate risks by disseminating knowledge, conducting trainings in communities, and expanding its climate change communication campaigns.
- The Society aims to reduce carbon emissions by minimizing its CO2 footprint and plays part in limiting the long-term impacts of climate change on vulnerable people and the environment.
