Acted Climate and Environment Framework 2026-2030 includes Acted’s new targets:

By 2030, Acted embeds a comprehensive Environmental Management System (ESMS) within all operations and programmes, while reducing its absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 50% (as compared to 2021 baseline).

By 2030, Acted scales climate and environmental solutions, expanding its programming and mobilising finance at scale, while directing at least 30% of its portfolio towards climate action and raising €350 million in climate finance, including €30–50 million through catalytic investment instruments, to deliver impact at scale for the communities most exposed to climate risks.
- By 2030, Acted strengthens its role as a convener through its 3ZERO ecosystem to co-design and deliver collective climate and environmental action across 50 countries.
Progress Report
Following ACTED Greening Strategy 2021 – 2025, which highlighted their climate and environmental targets for 2021 – 2025:

we aim to green the organisation by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by at least 30% by 2025: The achievement level is 27%

upscaling our work on climate change and environmental protection to account for a minimum of 25% of our programming by 2025: The achievement level is 22%
