Targets
Organizations adopting the Charter should be committed to ensuring they have specific targets.
Targets could be new, existing, or a mixture of both, that demonstrate how commitments of the Charter are being implemented. Each organization will have its own specific targets, reflecting its scale, capacities and mandate.
