MAG has committed to reducing its absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 45% by 2030, using its verified FY2024 carbon baseline as the starting point, and to reaching net zero by 2050. Delivering this target will require sustained reductions across MAG’s main emissions hotspots, particularly fuel use, procurement, energy systems and business travel. MAG intends to complete a full carbon inventory every two business years, monitoring key Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 business travel emissions on an annual basis.
