Aprovechar el potencial de las soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y los conocimientos indígenas y locales en la acción humanitaria

Este seminario web, organizado conjuntamente por la Carta sobre el Clima y el Medio Ambiente para las Organizaciones Humanitarias, ECOWEB, la Red de Mujeres Supervivientes de Armas de Fuego de Manipur, la Alianza Global de Pueblos Indígenas, Justicia de Género y Paz y la UICN, reunirá a los signatarios de la Carta y a sus socios para explorar cómo las soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y los conocimientos indígenas locales pueden integrarse de manera eficaz en los programas humanitarios. En él se compartirán buenas prácticas, lecciones aprendidas sobre el terreno y recursos y herramientas para el diseño de programas.

Greening Humanitarian Assistance – Donor Priorities and Practical Guidance

In this webinar, co-organised by the Donor Greening Working Group Facilitation Team and the Charter Secretariat, Donors will share how they plan to support partners in implementing the new Donor Greening Priority Actions, and how they intend to integrate these into their own humanitarian operations where relevant. We will take a closer look at the Common Donor Priority Actions, with the Climate Charter Secretariat presenting the new Greening Guidance Pages and key tools that will support implementation. We will also hear from humanitarian organisations on the actions they have already taken and the progress made in line with these Priority Actions and their wider Charter commitments.
